Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions is hiring a Sales Agronomist I to design crop plans, advise customers on fertility, protection, and seed portfolios from our Kerrobert location. You’ll strengthen client agronomic programs and position Nutrien products as trusted solutions.

With 2+ years in agronomy sales and a valid driver’s license, you’ll build enduring customer partnerships, work with Excel/MS Office, and uphold safety and accurate record-keeping while supporting profitable, sustainable farming outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of agronomy sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop customer crop plans covering fertility, crop protection, and seed portfolios.
• Strengthen customer business plans profitability and sustainability.
• Expand trust to become the agronomic partner of choice.
• Integrate proprietary products into customer plans.
• Explain and apply company finance programs as appropriate.
• Maintain confidential customer records and organized plans.
• Prioritize safety daily.
• Perform other duties as needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and develop customer crop plans, including fertility, crop protection, and seed portfolios
• Strengthen customer business plans, profitably and sustainably
• Expand customer’s trust to be the agronomic business partner of choice
• Integrate and position proprietary products into customer business plans
• Recognize and communicate company finance programs when applicable
• Keep confidential customer information, accurate records, and organized business plans
• Make safety a daily priority
• Other duties as needed

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in agronomy sales
• Valid Driver’sLicense
• Proficient useof computer programs to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
