RONA is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Rouyn-Noranda. You’ll greet customers, assess needs, and provide informed product advice to help bring projects to life.

You’ll present merchandise, support store merchandising, stay updated on promotions, and strive to meet sales targets while ensuring safety and policy compliance. Training and employee discounts are part of the role.

Your role:

• Greet customers warmly and ensure an excellent customer experience
