Qualifications

  • Previous Customer Service or Call Centre experience is required.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for record keeping.

  • Effectively resolve telephone inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion.
  • Present and explain insurance options to existing clients, and or potential clients by emphasizing the benefits and coverage details.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards for record keeping and client confidentiality.
  • Provide a strong customer service experience
Qualifications

  • Must have LLQC license (Life License Qualification Program)
  • Must be comfortable with sales
  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to solve problems through investigation and make timely decisions
