Job summary

Keyloop is seeking a dynamic Account Manager in Windsor, Ontario to own a defined portfolio of Canadian automotive retail clients. You will sit at the heart of a cross‑functional pod with sales, professional services, and customer success, acting as the strategic lead and advocate for your customers.

You will focus on retention and expansion, building long‑term partnerships, guiding client outcomes, and translating business needs into actionable solutions across complex environments.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience managing client accounts, with a focus on customer success and business growth.
• Experience in account management, preferably within the SaaS or software sector.
• Understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management; automotive retail is a bonus.
• Familiarity with solution selling or consultative selling.
• Knowledge of customer success best practices and account retention strategies.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with a consultative and customer-centric approach.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholder relationships across complex environments.
• Comfortable with commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and revenue accountability.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
• Willingness to travel as needed across the region.

Purpose of the role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will own and develop key client relationships across a defined portfolio of top Canadian automotive retail accounts. You’ll sit at the heart of a cross‑functional “pod” that includes sales, professional services, and customer success - acting as the strategic lead and advocate for your customers.
