Are you the type of salesperson who enjoys building strong, long-lasting relationships with your customers? Are you looking for a company that trusts you to “self-manage” your schedule, your customers, and the direction of your career?

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for selling a variety of mechanical / electrical components / automotive components. In this role you will build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, understand their needs and advocate for them when necessary. This role does involve close collaboration with internal teams to provide accurate, responsive support. As this role services the Eastern Canadian Provinces, being fluent in French is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do :
  • Identify sales opportunities with existing customers and new prospects.
  • Generate quotes and convert them into orders.
  • Ensure timelines are met.
  • Travel to make sales calls as needed. (25-50% of your week is travel).
  • Ensure customer orders are scheduled and fulfilled as promised.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of competitor’s products, services and their applications across all markets.
  • Tracks actual sales vs Sales Objectives and makes modifications as needed.
  • Ensures the best possible customer experience through personal efforts in communication, responsiveness and service.
What We’re Looking For :
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, sales, or relevant experience is required.
  • 5 years as a successful field or inside sales / account management in a B2B or B2C sales role.
  • Some formal training in negotiation concepts and making / giving presentations.
  • Proficiency in conducting internet research, database mining, and using basic computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in entering and extracting information from ERP platforms.
