Your Role: Account Executive (Toronto and GTA East)

You’ll be the face of Shamir in your territory building lasting relationships with Eye Care Professionals, uncovering new business opportunities, and helping clients see how Shamir’s innovative products can transform their patients’ vision.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and grow your territory through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and client engagement.

  • Exceed sales goals by identifying opportunities and closing new business.
  • Partner closely with our Customer Service and Lab teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and innovations — you’ll always know what’s next in optical technology.
  • Represent Shamir at trade shows, conferences, and events.
  • Use Salesforce and other tools to keep projects organized and clients happy.
What You Bring:
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the optical industry (Eye Care Professional experience a must).
  • Established relationships with Eye Care Professionals and a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A self‑starter who thrives independently and manages time effectively.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite and Salesforce experience preferred).
  • A valid driver’s license, your own vehicle, and a readiness to travel (50%+ of the time).
