RONA is seeking a customer-focused sales associate in Canada to help customers find the right products and provide expert guidance. You will greet customers warmly, assess their needs, explain product features, and suggest complementary items to drive sales.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, merchandising, and adherence to store policies, with opportunities for advancement and training in a supportive, inclusive environment.

• Assess customer needs and provide well informed and specialized advice about products.

• Contribute to the merchandising of products in your department (e.g., displays, visual presentation, labelling, signage).
• Stay informed of new products and their technical applications.
• Contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
• Stay informed of promotions and flyers.
• Work in accordance with the store's policies and procedures on loss prevention and health and safety.
