Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore is seeking Store Team Members to provide excellent customer service, stock shelves, and maintain displays that meet our standards. You will assist with inventory, set up promotions, and keep work areas neat while following health and safety guidelines.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. The role offers flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This position is a gateway to growth within Loblaw.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs

• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards

• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering

• Setup company-directed promotions and programs

• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
