Real Canadian Superstore is hiring Store Team Members to help create a top-notch in-store experience in Canada. You will contribute to stocking shelves, assisting customers, and keeping displays aligned with company standards.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided, and you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive team environment at this location.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Flexible to work a variety of hours including days, evenings & weekends.
• Able to move up to 50 lbs and stay in constant mobility during shift.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service by stocking shelves and assisting customers.
• Maintain product displays and shelf standards per company guidelines.
• Ensure accurate scanning and assist with inventory; identify reorder needs.
• Set up promotions and in-store programs as directed.
• Keep department areas clean and adhere to health and safety standards.

What you’ll do

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs

• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards

• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering

• Setup company-directed promotions and programs

• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
