What You'll Do:
  • Coach leaders within Nutrien’s operations on how to effectively engage others in safety.
  • Facilitate (present) classroom workshops on Safety Leadership Coaching Program.
  • Engage and challenge employees to strive for continuous safety performance improvement.
  • Provide developmental feedback to front‑line and next line leaders to assist with the creation of appropriate coaching & development plans.
  • Provide leadership, feedback, and support for updating and improvements to the business unit safety strategy.
  • Attend meetings as required, present information and provide feedback.
  • Provide support for site and business unit special projects, as needed.
  • Willingness to participate in training and self‑development programs.
What You'll Bring:
  • 10 years of experience in an industrial setting.
  • Bachelors degree in a related field, experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
  • Ability to effectively facilitate learning in classroom and one‑on‑one environments.
  • Advanced coaching skills, and the ability to support the development of others.
  • Self‑motivated, requiring little to no direct supervision.
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Knowledge of Canadian health, and safety regulations.
