Job summary

Kingston Road Animal Hospital in Scarborough, Ontario, is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician who is passionate about patient care and thrives in a collaborative team. You will provide high-quality medical care and support to patients and clients.

You will work alongside veterinarians and the veterinary team across wellness, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, and urgent care, with opportunities to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• RVT required or eligible for registration in Ontario.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care.
• Enjoys working collaboratively with veterinarians and support team members.
• Strong technical skills in patient care, anesthesia monitoring, diagnostics and nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care from wellness exams to dentistry, surgery, and urgent care.
• Assist veterinarians and support staff to deliver exceptional veterinary medicine.
• Monitor anesthesia and patient recovery, and perform nursing tasks as needed.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and ongoing mentorship within the hospital.
