Breadner Veterinary Services in Victoria, BC, is seeking a licensed RVT to join our progressive team. You will provide exceptional nursing care, assist with surgeries, and support diagnostic testing while prioritizing patient comfort and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Communicate compassionately with clients and team using written and oral skills.
• Administer and analyze diagnostic tests (hematology, chemistry, cytology, urinalysis).
• Assist Veterinarian with surgical and therapeutic procedures, maintaining aseptic standards.
• Monitor anesthesia and analgesia in line with RVT regulations.
• Maintain accurate veterinary records and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Operate and maintain veterinary equipment per health and safety standards.
• Capture and evaluate diagnostic images using standard protocols.
• Perform dental procedures per industry standards and knowledge of dental disease.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and support staff.
