We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with strong technical leadership and hands‑on experience in enterprise application development, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Dataverse, Java, React, and enterprise system integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience leading Agile development teams, designing scalable and secure enterprise solutions, implementing CRM and case management systems, developing APIs and cloud‑based integrations, and establishing CI/CD pipelines and development best practices. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor developers, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and support end‑to‑end solution delivery, modernization, and continuous improvement.

Must Have

• Minimum 7 years of software development and enterprise application delivery experience, including Java and React.
• Minimum 7 years of software development experience, including enterprise application delivery in the technical skills mentioned in this job description.
• Experience delivering CRM, Customer Service, or Case Management solutions.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing permitting, licensing, registration, inspection, compliance, or case management solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Dataverse.
• Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform.
• Strong expertise in Dataverse, including data modelling, security, and integration.
