Job summary

Maarut in Toronto is seeking an experienced Oracle/Java developer to translate technical specifications into working, tested applications. You will design, code, test, and document high‑quality software using Oracle databases, PL/SQL, Java, and RESTful services.

You will participate in architecture decisions, contribute to RAD and Agile practices, support deployments, and mentor teammates while ensuring QA and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a designer and developer in large-scale multi-client web applications
• 2+ year of hands-on working experience of Java development with Oracle or SQL database
• 2+ years of hands-on experience of RestAPI, RESTful WebServices
• Knowledge of security gateways and protocols (JWT, Oauth2.0, SSL Certificates)
• Solid Understanding of Agile methodologies
