Job summary

A leading technology firm in Toronto is seeking a Senior Technology Architect for a contract role to manage and implement technical architecture in a cross-platform environment. The ideal candidate must have deep experience with MS Dynamics 365 and its interoperability with other Microsoft cloud technologies. A strong understanding of low code and custom development, along with experience with Dynamics 365 Case Management, is required. The role will be onsite five days a week from January 2026.

Responsibilities

Develops, recommends, implements and manages the technical architecture (hardware, software, database and communications) which will be used for all or specific applications in a large, distributed cross-platform environment. Responsibilities also include the identification of relevant information and the determination of the environment, which will be used for development.

Must-Have's

• Deep hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365
• Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability, integration and capability with other Microsoft cloud technologies
• Working knowledge of both low code development and custom development on Dynamics 365
• Working knowledge with Dataverse design and development
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Case Management, Customer Service, Sales, etc
• Experience with Power Platform
• Experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Service Workspace, Agent experience profile, Session templates, workstream, and routing.
