Source Code in Toronto is seeking a Sr. Systems Testing/QA Specialist to drive testing excellence onsite. The role requires extensive QA and Siebel/CRM experience and hands-on test automation capabilities.

From October 20, 2025, onsite 4 days a week and 1 day from home; from January 5, 2026, onsite 5 days a week fully. This is a multi-month contract based at Jarvis St, Toronto.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Software QA Tester.
• 5+ years testing a COTS application.
• Experience testing Oracle Siebel CRM is a strong asset.
• Experience Siebel Test Automation is an asset.
• Experience testing Adobe AEM is an asset.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps as defect tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Advise on testing strategy, test plans, the selection of testing tools, and resources required for testing.
• Plan and organize testing efforts for large systems in GUI and non-GUI environments, including system integration tests, specialized tests, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop test plans, scripts and test cases and execute these against various components, coordinating with testing leads and IT leads.
• Collaborate with project teams during analysis, design, development, implementation and support of required systems.

Responsibilities:

Provides advice on the testing strategy, test plans, the selection of testing tools, and the identification of resources required for testing Plans and organizes testing efforts for large systems in Graphical User Interface (GUI) and non-Graphical User Interface (GUI) environments, including the execution of systems integration tests, specialized tests, and user acceptance testing (e.g., stress tests) The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for the development of test plans, test scripts and test cases and executing these against the various components. The tester will work with the testing lead and IT lead of each project as well as the project team members in the analysis, design, development, implementation and ongoing support of the required systems

Must-Have's:

• 8+ years of experience working as a Software QA Tester
• 5+ years of experience testing a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Application
• Experience testing Oracle Siebel CRM application is a strong asset
• Experience working on Siebel Test Automation is an asset
• Experience testing Adobe AEM is an asset
• Experience with defect tracking tool like Jira / Azure DevOps

Nice-to-have's:

• Experience with Case Management would be an asset.
