Job summary

Source Code is seeking an International Project Manager/Leader in Toronto for a hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). The position demands extensive end-to-end project experience, strong stakeholder management, and proven ability to drive multi-year, multi-million initiatives.

You will work with senior leadership to define business and technical requirements, track progress, and ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive end-to-end project experience.
• Experience with multiple million/multi-year projects.
• Extensive stakeholder management on highly complex projects.
• Strong Business PM experience with senior leadership and non-technical audiences.
• Experience formulating business and technical requirements, objectives and product visions.
• Experience with status reports and communicating with senior leadership.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Working knowledge of DevOps (Azure).
• Experience with cloud-related project implementations.

Must-Have:

• Extensive end-to-end project experience *
• experience with multiple million / multi-year projects *
• extensive experience with stakeholder management / high complexity projects *
• Strong Business PM exp - very strong stakeholder management *
• Experience in formulating and determining business and technical requirements, business problems, business objectives, product visions, goals and outcomes.
• Exp with status reports and working with senior leadership and non-technical audience.
• Agile Knowledge and framework / Waterfall.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools including Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams and other tools that support project management, collaboration and development of processes and plans
• Working knowledge of DevOps (Azure)
• Prior experience with cloud-related project implementations. *

Nice-to-Have:

• Prior OPS / Public Sector experience would be an asset.
