Job summary

Source Code in Toronto is seeking a Sr. Software Developer for an 8-month onsite engagement. The role requires working onsite 4 days a week with 1 day from home initially, moving to full onsite 5 days a week from January 2026.

Responsibilities include translating technical specifications into tested applications, developing detailed programming specs, coding, building data-driven programs, and performing unit tests. You will troubleshoot and support software deployments across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/design/development/integration
• Experience with Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE and related technologies
• Experience with Siebel EIM/EAI
• Experience in OBIEE and Power BI report development

RQ09391 - Sr. Software Developer

Contract 8 months

Toronto - Jarvis, St - Onsite

- From October 20, 2025, the candidate is required to work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day from home

- From January 5, 2026, the candidate is required to work onsite 5 days a week fully

Responsibilities:

Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications.

This includes:

• developing detailed programming specifications
• writing and/or generating code o compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.

Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations.

General Skills:

• Experience in programming and analysis; specialized software package support at the specified experience level
• Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
• Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications
• Experience in design, code, test, debug and document applications
• Experience in the use of object and/or third generation language development tools
• Experience in one or more programming languages
• Experience in application design, latest design patters, deployment and troubleshooting
• Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies
• Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages

Must‑Have's:

Nice-to-have's:

• Experience with Grants Management would be an asset.
