Job summary

Source Code is seeking a UX/UI designer to craft intuitive interfaces across web and mobile applications. You will translate user research into sitemaps, flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes, while iterating based on user feedback.

You will work on diverse projects including digital displays and media, applying a user-centered design approach to deliver visually appealing and usable experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as a UX designer, interactive designer, UI designer, or similar role for web and mobile apps.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools.
• Experience translating user research into sitemaps, flows and wireframes.
• Experience with UX/UI in service-design and UX/UI design.
• Experience with Figma, Canvas and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Create effective, user friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
• Design product functionality to ensure great user experience and iterate from user testing.
• Design interfaces for projects like digital displays, publications, media, and other creative materials.
• Take a user-centered design approach and iterate designs rapidly.

• Create effective, user friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
• Design the overall functionality of the product in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.
• Design user interfaces for various projects such as digital displays, publications, media, and other creative materials as required.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate the designs.
• Conceive and conduct user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes

Must Haves:

• Experience as a UX designer, interactive designer, UI designer, or similar role, designing for web and mobile applications
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools
• Experience conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, user journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Experience with UX/UI to conduct service-design, UX/UI design
• Experience with FIgma, Canvas and similar tools
