Job summary

Maarut is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design and implementation of modern, EMR-integrated applications using React, TypeScript, and Spring Boot. You will work on FHIR APIs, SMART on FHIR launch, OpenSearch, and Google Maps-based service discovery within Ontario healthcare contexts.

The role emphasizes secure access controls with NetIQ, IBM MDM integration, and AWS-based microservices, with a focus on scalable, robust healthcare software delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, maintain PHSD Spring Boot microservices and React UIs for eReferral provider and service discovery.
  • Enhance React/TypeScript UX within EMR workflows; apply modern patterns, accessibility, testing, performance.
  • Implement SMART on FHIR launch workflows, fhirContext processing, and FHIR read/write between PHSD and EMRs.
  • Implement Ontario CMS context management using FHIRCast and context synchronization for embedded workflows.
  • Design semantic provider/service search, advanced OpenSearch/Elasticsearch capabilities; intelligent search.
