Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking passionate Registered Practical Nurses (RPN/LPN) to join our team delivering high-quality home and community health care in Ontario. Roles include day shifts with alternating weekends, using mobile devices for documentation, and a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications include nursing registration in good standing, CPR, a valid driver’s license, and background screening.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from an accredited/recognized School of Nursing (evidence required)
• Current RPN or LPN registration (in good standing) with the applicable provincial licensing body
• Valid CPR certification
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• A clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening, two supervisory references

Qualifications - External

• Education: Graduate from an accredited/recognized School of Nursing (evidence required)
• Current RPN or LPN registration (in good standing) with the applicable provincial licensing body
• Valid CPR certification
• Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Candidates who have been offered a position are required to provide: A clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening, Proof of being free from TB Two supervisory references
