Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in community-based health care system.
• Registered with College of Nurses in the province of practice.
• Team Lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Chooses strategies or interventions from established care plans.
• Acts as a clinical resource to the service delivery team.
