Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in community-based health care system.
• Registered with College of Nurses in province of practice.
• Team Lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the work of the team according to planning guidelines.
• Works with team members to ensure adequate staffing.
• Provides complete, relevant assessments of the client.
