Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking Registered Practical Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team delivering compassionate home health care in the York/Ontario Toronto region. You will use clinical skills to provide high-quality nursing care in clients' homes, tailored to each patient’s needs.

Requirements include active RPN/LPN registration, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s licence with access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level nursing education completed or equivalent.
• Current RPN or LPN registration in good standing with the provincial body.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in clients' homes.
• Document and communicate care plans and changes.
• Follow scheduled visits and adapt to client needs.
• Collaborate with Bayshore team for coordinated care.
