Job summary

Chartwell Balmoral Retirement Community in Collingwood, ON is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide professional nursing care to residents and supervise Care Workers during day and evening shifts.

You will assess residents, implement individualized care plans, and guide Care Workers to meet residents' needs while delivering compassionate, person-centered care in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and be in good standing.
• Experience in geriatric care and resident assessment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents and supervise Care Workers.
• Collaborate on individualized care plans and resident assessments.
• Support residents to participate in daily activities and ensure wellbeing.
