Royal Canadian Gifts Inc. is looking for a Full-Time Sales Supervisor in Retail to manage sales operations and staff within their store in Toronto. This permanent position involves scheduling, resolving customer issues, maintaining inventory, and training new employees. Candidates should have 1-2 years of retail experience and completion of secondary school.

Job Duties:
· Assign employees to duties and prepare work schedules
· Sell merchandise and resolve issues that may occur, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
· Maintain inventory and order merchandise
· Prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising
· Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
· Hire and train new staff and oversee and involve in co-ordinate activities of workers
Job requirements:
· Experience: 1~2 years of experience in retail sales or cashier experience required
· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
