Qualifications

• Experience providing preventive and corrective maintenance on building equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical and other building systems and equipment.
• Knowledge and understanding of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC Systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and maintenance on facility mechanical systems.
• Respond to routine and on-demand service requests.
• Participate in facility-related projects and maintain tools.
