Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support, field service, or troubleshooting.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; networking experience helpful.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organized with strong documentation habits.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
• Global customer support experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance via phone, email, chat, and remote desktop.
• Support diagnostics across mechanical, electrical, and software components.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and production teams.
• Manage support tickets and customer repairs through service lifecycle.
• Maintain detailed CRM case notes for traceability.
• Assist with order processing, fleet, and training procedures.
• Participate in on-call shifts as part of paid policy.
