Job Description:

The Route Technician is a service oriented and skilled individual interested in building relationships with clients. The responsibilities include the following:

Build client relationships with new and existing customers and, in doing so, generate new sales of services and products. Route Technicians may have opportunity to progress within the company.

As a Route Technician, you will completely service and inspect fire protection equipment on site at client premises.

Equipment can include the following:

  • Kitchen Systems
  • Hand Portable Fire Extinguishers
  • Emergency Lights
  • Fire Hoses
  • Other Fire and Security Equipment

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of related experience.
  • Sales experience or sales aptitude preferred. An engaging personality is preferred.
  • Excellent administrative, organizational and computer skills.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
  • Aptitude for or experience in providing excellent customer service, including that related to service and repairs.
  • Effective customer-oriented communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • G Driver's License.
