Job summary

Cintas Canada is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive to customer locations along an established route to service and sell uniforms, towels, cleaning products, and other facility services.

The role offers a solid base salary with commission potential after a route is assigned, a majority 4-day workweek, and no nights or weekends, plus monthly/quarterly bonuses. Training is provided to support growth and performance.

Qualifications

• Must meet Provincial driving requirements and hold a valid, full driver's license.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to upsell.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-the-road environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division.
• Build rapport with key decision makers at customer locations.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying compliant with safety rules.
• Deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products on assigned route.

Key Responsibilities Include

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with Provincial requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment: A valid, full, unrestricted driver's license
