Cintas Canada is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. A physically active role, you will deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility services.

The position emphasizes a solid base salary with commission potential after routes are assigned, a 4‑day workweek majority, and no nights or weekends, with monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and ongoing training.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities Include

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers


• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.


• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services


• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely


• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Skills/Qualifications

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with Provincial requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment: A valid, full, unrestricted driver's license
