Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role involving the delivery and pickup of uniforms and facility products, with a 4-day workweek and largely no nights or weekends. Training is provided, with opportunities for commissions and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must meet provincial driving requirements for operating a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• High School diploma or GED or Military service.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with Provincial requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• A valid, full, unrestricted driver's license
