Territory : EDMONTON, AB CANADA

  • $1,000 Weekly Guarantee
  • Paid Weekly
  • Eligible for incentives, commissions, and bonuses
  • Full-Time : MONDAY - FRIDAY (Varying schedules available)
  • Overnight routes are anticipated (Extra Pay)
Responsibilities
  • Route Coverage : Learn multiple routes to provide seamless service when an RSR is absent.
  • Product Delivery & Pickup : Safely load, transport, and unload clean garments and other products to customers, while also collecting soiled items.
  • Customer Service : Deliver high-quality service, resolve customer requests independently, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Operational Excellence : Accurately manage invoices, conduct inventory audits, and ensure the safety and appearance of the assigned vehicle.
  • Safety : Adhere to all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Problem-Solving : Address customer needs and resolve service issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communication : Effectively communicate customer feedback and potential solutions to location leadership.
Qualifications
  • Driver''s License : A valid driver''s license and a clean driving record are required, with a minimum age of 21 years old.
  • DOT Compliance : Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, including a physical exam.
  • Education : A high school diploma, GED, or military service is required.
  • Customer Service Skills : Strong customer service abilities and the ability to work independently yet maintain a team-oriented mindset.
  • Physical Stamina : Must be able to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds and stay on their feet for extended periods.
  • Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using and learning new technologies for operational efficiency.
