A prominent uniform service provider is seeking a Route Sales Representative in Nanaimo, Canada, to manage customer relations and sales on assigned routes. Responsibilities include ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. Candidates should have excellent driving records, customer service skills, and at least a high school diploma. The role offers competitive hourly pay of $25.00 plus commission and health benefits, working four 10-hour days each week.
Exempt for Base plus Commission routes, Non-Exempt for hourly routes.
The Route Sales Representative meets our customers' needs through up‑selling/cross‑selling and provides superior customer service by proactively managing all route responsibilities. Performs other duties as required. Reports to the District Manager. The Route Sales Representative will work only four (4) days each week on any of the days from Monday to Friday with 10 hours of work for each scheduled day.
High School graduation or similar experience.
Daily, by delivery vehicle within a route.
$25.00 per hour plus commission pay for each route. Health and Dental Benefits provided.
Operating vehicles on public roads, in and out of customer locations, loading areas of a typical industrial laundry facility, Service Center or depot. Indoor and outdoor areas of a typical industrial facility.
Physical demands – sitting, grasping, driving, stooping, climbing stairs, lifting up to 75 lbs, standing, walking, writing, speaking, hearing.
