Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided in a courteous manner to maintain our reputation for friendly, effective, and personalized experience.
• To be responsible for the full preparation and stocking of the Pane Fresco Rotisserie department.
• To prepare food according to Company standards for food preparation and appearance.
• To serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• To respond to any customer inquiries, requests and complaints ensuring courteous customer relations at all times.
• To assist the department manager in the training and direction of part time staff.
• To maintain the department in the absence of the department manager.
• To ensure that the safety and sanitation of the department meet with Company policies and standards.
• Other general duties, as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Must possess a minimum of three (3) years food preparation experience, experience in a fast food or restaurant environment is a definite asset
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours which include days, evenings and weekends
• Must have excellent organizational, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
