Echo NDE seeks CGSB UT technicians with IRATA certification to join our growing team on a full-time basis across Alberta client sites. Inspectors perform NDE/NDT methods per codes and standards, using rope access when required, and maintain professional client relations.

Applicants should have CGSB UT1/UT2 and IRATA certs, a valid Class 5 license, and be able to travel. The role emphasizes safety, timely reporting, and adherence to procedures, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Position Details

Echo NDE is seeking CGSB Certified UT Technicians with IRATA certification to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position supporting operations across a variety of client sites.

• Perform assigned NDE/NDT inspection methods in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Perform inspections while utilizing rope access techniques (IRATA) as required, as well as through conventional access methods where applicable.
• Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills while working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Follow established procedures and quality standards to ensure accurate inspection results while meeting project schedules and safety objectives.
• Maintain positive working relationships with clients and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
• Adhere to all company, client, and regulatory health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Complete inspection reports and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in equipment inspections, maintenance, and daily pre-use checks to ensure operational readiness.
