The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler is looking for a Rooms MIT who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do.
The Rooms MIT reports to the Assistant Director of Rooms. We are looking for an energetic, hospitality professional with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, have a passion for service and people. Applicants will be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems and willing to accept assignments on an as-need basis, in order to promote teamwork.
Hourly Wage: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
What Does the Four Seasons Manager-in-Training Program Offer?
As a member of the Rooms Division, the Rooms MIT works across the division to deliver an exceptional experience and develop key leadership skills in doing so. The Rooms MIT will cross train throughout the Rooms Division over a 12-to-18-month period.
Candidates with passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. This position will give you the chance to develop your necessary supervisory and leadership skills in order to step into an assistant manager role at the end of your program. Rotations are possible throughout Housekeeping and Front Office.
As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our service staff to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays.
