Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brandon is seeking Room Attendants to join our team and uphold the brand’s standards of guest comfort and service. You will help ensure guest rooms are clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, contributing to a positive guest experience in Brandon, Manitoba.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, making their stay comfortable and accommodating while supporting brand goals.
• Thoroughly clean assigned rooms to high standards.
• Take initiative to offer friendly assistance or answer questions from guests.
• Thoroughly understand and implement brand service culture.
• Perform all shift checklist responsibilities and related tasks as directed by management.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and assist with physical tasks.
• Must adhere to grooming standards and follow all safety guidelines when using cleaning materials.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Brandon is looking for Room Attendants with good attention detail to join our team! The Room Attendant will promote a positive image of the property to guests and take on the role of professional ambassadors of the hotel, providing excellent guest experiences and reliable brand standards.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Must be able to bend, push, pull, kneel, lift and stand for extended periods of time
• Perform other duties as required
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) is an asset
• No education or experience required, we will provide training
