Job summary

Flynn-Group-of-Companie is seeking a Roofer to install, repair, or replace commercial roofing systems using waterproof sheet materials on diverse sites. You will work on TPO, EPDM, and PVC systems across industrial, institutional, and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities include installing vapor barriers, insulating roof decks, and properly sealing seams. A competitive hourly pay applies with duties tied to skill and experience.

Qualifications

• Install, repair and replace single-ply and four-pply roofing systems on various buildings.
• Work with waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics, elastomeric or asphaltic compounds.
• Serve industrial, institutional and commercial sectors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install or replace commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, and PVC.
• Install vapor barriers and insulation on flat roof decks and seal seams.
• Cut roofing paper to size and secure it on roofs in overlapping strips.

Daily responsibilities

• Install or replace a variety of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, and PVC
• Install vapor barriers and/or layers of insulation on the roof decks of flat roofs and seal the seams
• Cut roofing paper to size using knives; and nail or staple roofing paper to roofs in overlapping strips to form bases for other materials

$32 - $45 an hour

Pay is dependent on the position offered and the level of skills & experience
