Job summary

Coulson Aviation, a global leader in aerial firefighting, is seeking a Turbine Engine Technician for its Port Alberni, BC team. The role focuses on maintenance, repair and overhauls of Rolls-Royce T56 engines and C-130 powerplants in a full-time shop environment, with occasional travel to field locations.

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years on T56 engines, an international travel passport, and strong record-keeping skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with Rolls-Royce T56 engines.

Responsibilities

WHAT WE’R LOOKING FOR

An Engine Technicianwith experience specifically on Rolls Royce T56 engines. The chosen candidate will work full-time in our shop to conduct maintenance, repair and overhauls of the C130 engines, with occasional travel to field locations anywhere the contracted aircraft need us.

YOU HAVE:

• 2+ years of experience working with Rolls Royce T56 engines
• A passport with the ability to travel internationally
• Exceptional record keeping/organizational skills
• Strong troubleshooting skills
