Job summary

Rogers is seeking enthusiastic, self-driven individuals to assist existing and prospective clients within our organization. This role will work with multiple clients throughout the day, delivering outstanding service and product knowledge from a fully remote setup in Ontario, Canada.

The position offers a yearly CAD 111,360 base with on-target earnings, paid weekly with bonuses, and opportunities to exceed targets with top performers earning well above that level. 100% work from home.

• Distributes all benefit enrollment materials and determines eligibility.
• Dispatch incoming customer phone calls
• Accept customer calls and return customer
• Respond to client requests for coverages while representing their best interests.
• Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system.
• Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies.
• 100% work from home.
• Paid weekly along with earned bonuses.
