This role combines advanced customer service duties with leadership responsibilities, including opening and closing the store independently.Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations & LeadershipOpen and close the store, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately.Prepare the store for daily operations, including setting up POS stations, stocking products, and ensuring cleanliness.Verify and sign off on all shift duties before closing.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally.Organize shift replacements when necessary (e.g., sick calls).Customer Service & SalesServe as the face of RMC, providing knowledgeable, courteous, and professional service.Accurately process customer transactions and ensure proper product labeling.Educate customers on cannabis products and promote sales using effective techniques.Inventory & ComplianceComplete semi-daily cannabis inventory checks and assist with month-end inventory.Process product transfers and maintain accurate inventory records.Ensure all products are properly labeled, displayed, and secured.Follow AGLC compliance protocols, including ID verification, secure cash handling, and locked display cases.Health & SafetyConduct regular store walkthroughs to identify and address hazards (e.g., wet floors, icy entrances).Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment.Additional DutiesAssist with weekly order preparation, processing, and stocking new inventory.Support supervisors and management with assigned tasks.Complete accurate cash-outs and prepare daily deposits.RequirementsPrevious cannabis industry experience with strong product knowledge.Comfortable working and closing the store alone.Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Must comply with all AGLC regulations and company policies.This role may require additional duties as assigned by management.Job Types: Part-time, SeasonalPay: $19.00 per hourSchedule:Evening shiftEvery WeekendHolidaysMonday to FridayEducation:Secondary School (preferred)Work Location: In person
