You will play a key role in combining team leadership and technical expertise. In this role, you will work in close collaboration with the embedded software team as well as the product team to ensure the success of our systems.

Your main responsibilities
Team leadership and management

  • Prepare technical training documentation for onboarding new developers.
  • Stay on top of the latest technologies and industry trends to keep the team at the cutting edge.
Robotics software development
  • Design the software architecture for systems in a Linux environment.
  • Design new features and tools for current and future generations of robots.
  • Program new features and components (in C/C++ and Python). Integrate developed features and/or components into a fully functional system.

  • Ensure the implementation and adherence to unit and integration test plans to guarantee excellent code quality.
  • Adopt structured coding styles to facilitate code review, testing, and maintainability.
  • Actively participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and updating current live systems.
  • Incorporate user feedback to make the system more stable and easier to use.
  • Comply with coding standards and technical designs.
Cross-functional collaboration
