Job description

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Automated Equipment Technician / Robotics Operator to join a fast paced manufacturing environment in Mississauga. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in automation, robotics, and troubleshooting production equipment.

Location: Mississauga, ON (Highway 401/Dixie)
Pay Rate: $35/h

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, program, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment
• Program and maintain FANUC CRX collaborative robots
• Work with 3-axis pick-and-place robots (Yushin or similar)
• Set up, calibrate, and optimize robotic and automated systems
• Perform routine maintenance and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within production
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with industrial automation and robotics
• Hands on experience with FANUC robots (CRX preferred)
• Familiarity with pick-and-place robotic systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
