Based out of EAM’s office facility in Rosedale, BCthis is a full-time position that offers competitive wages and benefits in addition to a challenging and fun work environment.
EAM performs all aspects of highway and bridge maintenance including, but not limited to, vegetation control, drainage, sign repairs, pavement repairs, concrete and wood bridge repair, gravel surface grading, anti-icing, snow plowing, and incident and emergency response.

Position Summary:
The Road Superintendent plans, schedules and supervises Highway Maintenance activities on Service Area Highways and Roads ensuring compliance with the Highway Maintenance Agreement between EAM and the Ministry of Transportation and Transit (MoTT) and the EAM Quality Management System.
