Location : Taos, New Mexico (Spanish and English speaking).

About the Role :

Are you looking to relocate to the United States? We operate top-performing nursing centers throughout New Mexico. Many of our patients are Spanish speaking! We would love to take this adventure with you. We will assist with relocation, housing, and acquiring your TN visa for a guaranteed stay of up to three years with renewable extensions! As a Registered Nurse, you will provide nursing care within your scope of practice to meet patient needs in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies, and applicable regulations. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a license as an RN in your home country.
  • Graduated from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
  • Proficient in English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow established procedures for charting and incident reporting.
  • Adhere to company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
  • Document any changes in patient's conditions, including nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss, or other noticeable changes.
  • Utilize the Quality Life Manual for patient identification, placement, and monitoring.
  • Notify relevant departments of room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
  • Make rounds with physicians when necessary.
