Bayshore Home Care Solutions Kitchener Government Branch Guelph and South Wellington, Ontario Tuesday/Thursday/Friday weekly plus weekend and on call rotation.

Qualifications

• RN level nurses who have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current registration with the provincial licensing body.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening), negative TB test.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent command of the English language; spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in clients' homes with compassion, dignity and respect.
• Use clinical judgment to ensure clients receive the highest quality care they need and deserve.
• Document and communicate effectively with clients, families and the care team.

Education:
