Job summary

Kynd International in the Charlotte area is hiring multiple full-time Registered Nurse positions across Medical Surgical, L/D, ER, ICU/CVICU, Progressive Care/Stepdown, Tele, and Med‑Surgical. A 6‑to‑14‑week orientation will be provided, with comprehensive training to ensure clinical excellence.

Competitive hourly rates CAD 48–69, plus a $20,000 USD retention bonus and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, relocation assistance, PTO, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Canadian citizenship (TN visa).
• 1 year of recent acute care experience.
• NCLEX certification.
• CPR certification.
