• Registered Nurse (RN) degree required.
• 3 - 5 years of job-related experience or equivalent.
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination, supervision, and coaching to Nurses in the field.
• Develop and maintain effective Care Plans for Community Health Services.
• Promote and market Community Health Services.
