Requirements

• Current Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Area of Work: Successful candidates will be seeing clients in the Chatham-Kent, Windsor-Essex, and surrounding areas. Virtual visits might be expected to do if appropriate.
• Availability: Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional work outside of these hours may be required at the request of your supervisor.

Qualifications - External Education:

• RN level nurses who have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current registration with the provincial licensing body.
• Must have Certification as Nurse Specialized in Wound Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC)
• Two years previous experience in the development of wound care management programs in the hospital or community setting. Previous visiting nursing experience will be considered an asset.
• Current CPR certification required

• Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening), negative TB test
